I am a temporary transplant in Sarasota and needed care in a pinch. The level of attention and professionalism I received from the entire staff was refreshing. Dr. Michael spent an hour of is valuable time explaining the long term care I needed knowing very clearly that those procedures would not be performed at his office because of the nature of my short stay in Sarasota. I have been to the dentist many times but never experienced the amount of oral education I have at this practice. I was doing everything wrong and really didn't know it. Dr. Michael is a professional, Chase is also but adds a likability to going to the dentist, Michelle is warm and friendly while being friendly as she attempts everything to schedule your appointments to fit your needs, and Karen cleans your teeth like any professional but with an added feature that you really need to work "teeth cleaning" into your oral regime. Wouldn't change a thing. Prices are comparable to others without the added features of the above. Good job team!

Love, love, love Dr. Michael and his staff. I went to Dr. Michael to fix my chipped front tooth because the dentist I had been going to said it needed a crown and I didn't believe that. Dr. Michael fixed the tooth, did an excellent job and I did not need a crown. I was so impressed by Dr. Michael and his staff that I changed dentists. I have to drive about 40 minutes longer to get to him but he is so worth it. I'm really happy that I found Dr. Michael. The office is clean and he has the latest and greatest equipment and he really knows his business. He's professional and very nice and easy to talk to. I'm happy, happy, happy.

As a visitor to the USA the last thing I wanted on vacation was toothache, especially on a Saturday. After looking at the web I was aware most places were shut for the weekend. I sent a message to Dr Michael not expecting a reply. I then found a clinic that was open. In thirty minutes I lost all my faith in American Dentistry. When I arrived home from this horrific experience there was an e-mail waiting from Hank indicating that he could see me on Monday morning. What a difference! From walking in and meeting Michelle who was so friendly and helpful, to Chase who explained everything he was going to do and put me at ease. Within minutes of meeting Hank I felt I had known him all my life and, had gained a friend. Hank is an ultimate professional, the top of the tree. Whilst at his offices I heard how he spoke to patients and staff. Everyone was treated in an old fashioned manner, from a time when customer care and friendships really mattered. I have had extensive dental work over the years. While I consider myself a pretty good patient I still had a level of anxiety with any procedure. At Dr. Hank D. Part of an upper molar broke off while I was eating breakfast one morning. Dr. Michael's office worked me in for an appointment before lunch. I had x-rays, was prepped for a crown, had a temporary put in (completely painlessly I might add), and I was out of the office before lunch. Both Dr. Michael and his assistant are careful to explain everything they plan to do before they do it, and it is very apparent that Dr. Michael is very particular about everything he does. I will return for my permanent crown in three weeks...all in all, an excellent experience.

I am absolutely delighted with Dr. Michael and his staff. For as long as I can remember, I have always been afraid of going to the Dentist. All this changed after finding Dr. Michael, he is very gentle, explains the procedures and doesn't pressure one into dental work. This was my first visit with Sarasota Dentistry and I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, staff and the amount of customer service from the moment I stepped into the office. The moment you sit in the chair you can't help to notice the level of modern technology he and his team have invested in. I'm a techie and so I know the huge advantage technology has on getting the job done quicker, better and more efficient. After having my initial X-rays, teeth photographed (seriously this happened ) and examination, Dr. Michael was very informative with what I needed to be concerned with and gave me the necessary information and tools to start making smart decisions to improve my dental future.
