Usually patients choose to be sedated for these procedures but it can be completed with local anesthesia if you choose. Dr. Michael is a select dentist that provides dental sedation, dental implants and cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a single visit. The only item that is not completed at this one visit procedure is the permanent porcelain crown. The implant is allowed to heal for 3-4 months prior to the final visit – permanent porcelain crown procedure.
